I have just read the negative reviews and I totally disagree. Lincoln rd Eves pantry is there best store front!!!!! I’m a regular and have ordered at least 5 different kinds of cakes and enjoyed them all, as well as the place is spotless. Always a smile when I walk in. The manager there is bright and welcoming. I am a head chef and have been cooking for over 30yrs so Good for you Eves keep up the good work Lincoln rd Eves Pantry!!

I Love Eve’s Pantry… Huge Fan!!!! I have never bought a made to order cake from Eve’s so can’t comment on that… BUT the baked fresh delicious morsels in the cabinets are Divine!!! Old fashioned traditional donuts, potato top pies, neenish tarts, apple pie… I never know what to choose. Wish they still did strawberry tarts all year round… The Best!!! This is my happy food place when I need a treat.

Do not ignore these bad reviews. I did and was totally let down. I ordered a cake over the phone, stating very clearly what I wanted. (I had gone into the Lincoln road shop earlier in the week to check out the choice.) I ordered it for 1pm two days after the phone call, but didn’t arrive to pick it up until 3.30pm. When I got there it had not been decorated, so I waited for what I requested to be added. When it came out I was completely underwhelmed by what had been done. I hadn’t requested anything overly difficult or fancy. To add insult to injury I was basically accused of lying about what I had requested on the phone. I got my money back and went to a well known cheesecake shop and was delighted with what they did at very little notice. The staff are useless, insulting and simply unable to deliver what they promise. Go somewhere else..or if ordering over the phone, record your conversation as evidence maybe needed…… (The cake was for my husbands 40th)

Hello.The service and staff suck honestly my daughter and I went in to inquire to order a cake for my daughters 21st on 1hr lunch break..I had to ask to be served the young girl seemed to be preoccupied..finally I was told that someone will come over and help us, 20 minutes later I had to ask again finally my daughter and I saw a cake we loved and ask if we could have the prices for a 12”and 9”doubles and 9″6′doubles another 20 min wait went to look the lady couldn’t see her anywhere and went back to the young girl gave her my phone details for the other lady to ring me back with the quotes and she hasn’t. Its 2.39pm and I arrived in the shop @ 12.15pm..Obviously they didn’t want my $500 so I went somewhere down the mall and oh!!what a difference in customer service..By the way the shop was not busy..

I’m a regular at Eve’s Pantry and the food and coffee are always excellent.

The cakes are totally different from the bland, over-sweet stuff you get in almost every other mass-produced bakery.

You can eat inside or out on fine days, the menu includes a huge selection of cakes and pastries and savouries like quiche.

Coffee, hot choc and cold drinks are always excellent as well.
