Loved the location the building and my pizza omg the cheese pizza my mouth is watering already while remembering and I’m not a huge fan of blue cheese however as they say its just a hint. we had so much pizza after sharing the large between two we had some for lunch the next day and I gotta say that cheese one just keeps getting better. Found the staff to be friendly too which helps

Found them very friendly and service very good and though I traveled from Auckland they remember me from times there before which impressed me.

Amazing service, great variety of pizza and other options, best garlic bread I have ever had. I arrived last night, sat down with the group I was with we chatted, had a few drinks (all really well priced) had some garlic bread and chips.

We ordered from the bar and our pizza and nachos were promply cooked fresh and brought over to us.

Classy looking joint that is highly overrated. Their pizza’s are average at best and service has been a mixed bag the few times I’ve been there.

We were disappointed with our meal. The pizzas were tasteless and the bases were dry and tasted like overcooked, bought pita bread. We will not be eating here again. We last ate here about 5 years ago and from memory the food was much nicer then.

Had a friends birthday here tonight. I ordered a starter of a flat bread and then a medium pizza. The staff member asked me if the flat bread was a starter and if we wanted it before the pizza, I told them yes. After 15 mins all the other starters had arrived and I asked a waitress where the flat bread was, I was told it was ‘on the way’. After another 10 mins the pizzas started arriving so I went to the counter to ask again. I was told again that it was coming. The flat bread arrived after all the pizzas had arrived at the table. I took the flat bread up to the counter and told them I didn’t want it now and to refund it or put it toward a dessert pizza. The staff member went out the back to talk to the manager and came back with the response ‘I’m sorry but we are busy tonight and there’s nothing we can do’. I gave them the flat bread back and can assure you that I will not be going back. The service is shocking and the pizzas are marginally better at best.

We headed out to Filadelifio’s for my daughters 19th birthday. We went up to order and order drinks when we finally got our beers they were flat! Got them replaced with bottled beer. Then waited and waited for our food we finally got 1/2 of our table’s order and then waited some more! The 2 tables next to us that ordered after us had all there food by the way! We asked when we would get the rest of our food and were abruptly told that it was coming! Finally got the rest of the food and then my daughter started eating her pasta which was the worst pasta I have ever tasted, en-edible! Finished our pizzas and chips and left, credit to the man that told us that our food was coming! he did come back to see what he could do to put it right and apologise for the wait, we got a discount on the bill but would never go back really disappointed

Even if your not a pizza fan this is the place to go! When I was asked my favourite place to dine in Chch, it was most definately Filadelfios. It just takes Pizza to the next level. Most definately tantalising to the tastebuds. The service and general vibe to the place are also terrific, but the pizza is soooo good that you barely notice anything else!

Fantastic eatery! Highly recommend! I live in Wellington and go to CHCH occasionally to visit family and when I am around I most definately make the effort to go to Filadelfios.
