I have to agree that this cafe has slipped back since a change of ownership. Very dissapointing as previous owners had a whole different outlook on service and quality of food being served. We used to frequent the Swine cafe at least twice a week on the way back from work. Been once this year just to see if it had changed needless to say we will no longer call in there again. What a shame and dissappinting for previous owners and more importantly the clientelle that was. Zero rating from me

The worst place I have ever been to. I asked for the table to be cleared and wiped so the grumpy woman came and removed our dishes. She then served food to the neighbouring table and they asked for their table to be wiped. She came over and was wiping it when our food arrived. I said I was still waiting for our table to be wiped. The man said “so you don’t want this then” (indicating to my food). I said I did but wanted the table wiped. He then stood over me and pointed in my face and told me to lose the attitude (this guy looked to be in his 40′s, not some kid, and I would expect by looking at him that he’s probably the owner). I said he needed to lose his attitude and all I wanted was for the table to be wiped. He again told me to lose my attitude and to leave. I said he could give me my money back and I’d go. He said okay and walked off. I waited for my money ($40.50 for 1x adult & 2 kids for lunch!!!). When it was clear no one was coming I went up to the counter and asked for my money back. The guy at the counter said the older guy was coming because he didn’t know how to do it. I said all he needed to do was open the till and give me my money. After waiting for a few minutes it was clear no one was going to come. I made a scene and left without my food and with no money being returned.
Filthy, flies everywhere. Handbasin was dirty. Service appalling.
I will never go back and will be telling everyone how bad this place is.
I have only given it 1 star rating because there was no option of no stars.

We stopped in here on Sunday for breakfast as we were passing through. We expected from the name that there would be a variety of pork (like various dishes with bacon) included on the menu.

The menu was very limited and not that exciting.

As we sat down, we noticed that all the tables were dirty and I ended up cleaning our table myself with a baby wipe I had in my bag. I went to the bathroom and I thought that the sink was stained, until I wiped it with a wet paper towel and the dirt came off!

Out in the dinning area of the restaurant there was what I could presume to be yesterday’s food on the floor as it was around 8am when we walked in.

We ordered coffee which was probably the best thing on the menu.

Both of us got omelettes, one with bacon cheese and the other with chicken and capsicum. Both were overcooked, and the one with bacon came out with a whole rasher of bacon on it. Both omelettes came with a deep fried hash brown which was probably the best thing I had to eat. I did not finish my omelette as it was so chewy and was not at all tasty!

Very disappointing and would definitely not go back ever!!
