Flavour is not my local, but jeez it’s good. Just give me any excuse to come to Birkenhead so I could visit Flavour. The service is fantastic. Coffee is outstanding (especially when made by the guy with the tatts). Food is delicious, weather is from the kitchen or from the cabinet – has lots of FLAVOUR!!! Don’t change a thing – everything is just perfect

Flavour is a local cafe in Hinemoa st, Birkenhead. We go there each and every week and so felt it was time to write something. After all the fabulous coffee, breakfasts and lunches we have enjoyed over the past 3 years, the ultimate compliment is to keep going back and that’s exactly what we and many of our friends do.

The cafe itself is in a 100 year old building and oozes a kind of comfortable haven where you can relax for a moment or an hour.

The Batista and cafe staff are wonderful and somehow make us feel special even after so many visits. Great coffee, food and service with genuine happiness from the people working there.
