The food was great! But the service is pretty non existent!

Extremely poor customer service by part owner or relative of owner – not sure which. Sullen Asian lady that does not smile, and thinks she knows best and not the customer. Very rude!!!

Service via her is extremely slow and she is just not front of counter material. They have a lovely Brazilian lady who knows customer service and they should leave her on the front counter. The barista makes great coffee and also very personable, and the chef is excellent in the kitchen and often squirms when he sees the poor customer service delivered by this lady – name might be Ivy – just not sure.

Saving grace is good coffee and other staff that make up for this lady, but seriously, she is bad. probably the one that made the smoothie !!!

I ordered one mango smoothie. it took ages. I was standing next to the counter and watching the lady making the smoothie. She made banana shake. she grabbed bananas peeled and put half in mixture and half and half in her mouth she did this with all three bananas and then wiped her hand with the apro she was wearing then peeling other banana. this was ridiculous. then she through the flesh in bin and Guess what she put her hand in the bin for some strange reason and did not washed her hands and keep on working. Is this “HYGIENIC” I requested if I can have my drink as I was waiting for 15 mins.. she was very rude and said to me I am doing my best which I can see how fast she was… I would like to bring this to the owners attention that this is not the service your customers expect.

I have been here twice for eggs benedict…..YUM..this place serves up the wickedest eggs benny..a bit of spinach makes all the difference and i would advise anyone going there to try this based on my very pleasant eating experience…5x stars. tony.
