very bad service…ordered a sandwich on which the price was showing $6.10..the guy charged me $6.20..i told him on the price tag it says $6.10…. he went in the kitchen and came back saying..ok $6.10 this time but next time $6.20 ok…i gave him 10cents and told him will not ever come back….so much attitude for a sandwich god help them…

Foodinis is a typical lunchtime diner. There is nothing particularly inviting about this place. It looks more like a school cantene than a cafe, and they seem to be mainly making their money by serving Telecom staff (as they’re adjacent to the Telecom building).
They have full menu offering, as well as a broad range of counter food, although it was difficult to find a sandwich without mayonnaise in it. It all sits prettily in their cabinets though and looks inviting. Staff are also friendly although the girl serving me seemed to foget my name after 2 seconds.
I’m not particularly hungry so I order a slice of pizza and a soy flat white. I take a $10 note out expecting to get some change when I hear “$12 please!”.
“Hmmm… did she get my order right?” I wonder to myself. It turns out that a slice of pizza, which essentially comprises of a piece of bread with some cheese on it, is $7 and the coffee is $5 because they charge a whole $1 for soy milk!
So I give up my cash but out of curiosity I look at their other prices. Their ordinary sandwiches are generally priced from $8+. Their smogarsboard is from $10+. And there’s nothing on their full menu board cheaper than $15! I wonder how they justify these prices.
Since then I learned that their prices have recently gone up by a few dollars for each item. Perhaps they’re trying to milk their Telecom customers before they move away to their new building?
