This is one place in Dunedin where I’ve never ever been disappointed. The prices and servings are great, and the lovely ladies are really sweet. Service is pretty fast too. Try the satay burger – great bite at an awesome price.

I enjoy the food everytime. Perfect for dinner or lunch if you’re on a budget. Food is consistent and you get quite huge portions. Highly recommended 5 stars.

Personally, I love the Friendly Satay Noodle House.
Commonly referred to as “The Friendly”, it sells amazing Satay, and Chinese cuisine, including their infamous $3.50 satay burgers (either chicken or beef). These burgers are the cheapest lunch you can find in Dunedin City if you know where to find them.
Check them out if you are looking for a cheap lunch, or a quick dinner.
