The Garden Restaurant provides a 3 Course Roast Buffet suitable for all ages & dietary concerns, with something available for everyone.

For just $10 -16.00 for lunch or $19.50 for dinner, you’ll get Entrees, Mains, Desserts and Tea/Coffee. Children 3 years of age through to 12 years pay just $1 per year of their age. 2 & unders dine FREE OF CHARGE.

Sundays only, 1 child dines free per paying customer. Highchairs are also available.

Please advise prior to dining date if special dining requirements need to be noted eg gluten or dairy free.

Never before have I received such bad customer service. The boss/receptionist had such a foul attitude! And I did not feel welcome at all. Considering the price..the food was alight but the entire decor was so scruffy! It definitely needs a spruce up. The restaurant was quite full and the front of house did not direct us to a table so we were trying to find an empty table and the ones that were empty had dishes still on it (and I’m not packing away other customers dishes!). Went to the bar to order some drinks and the bartender kept walking past me which was so rude. Overall, I had a very unpleasant time and will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Went to restaurant looking forward to a great meal – it was awful. We complained and were invited back a few nights later for a discounted meal.

This was not much better than the first visit, the food was not up to the standard I expected from this restaurant in comparison to other dining experiences in recent years.

We would like to caution other patrons from dining at this restaurant and feel embarrassed for any overseas visitors to NZ – please do not consider this establishment as an example of NZ Culinary Expertise.

This restaurant used to be a good cheap and reasonable night out – not anymore. Suggest upgrade decor, upgrade cooking practices and remember that Customers do count and they opinions are worth listening too!

I’ve just had an amazing meal at this restaurant. What a huge change from the previous time. The restaurant is now under new management and has definitely improved out of site with plenty of new dishes and so many desserts i was spoilt for choice. Will be back, as everyone in my party enjoyed it.

We havent been to Bureta Park Garden Cafe for a while – and WOW we were impressed! Took all the family today for Lunch; the food was delicious and we were all very impressed!!!

Incredible value for money!!

Definitely going back soon!!

One star for price, that’s about it. Still felt ripped off though,On arrival I didn’t even get shown to a table or told to take a pick. I asked for some water for my table and got asked to pour it myself out of the water cooler. Roast was very simple. Saw crackling earlier, and when i asked when more would be out I got told there was no more.I couldn’t wait to get out of there. My own cooking and home would have been alot more tastier and comfortable. Don’t waste your time or money here.

years of existence do not a great place make. Despite being around for quite some time, the bureta park is not as it should be. The food whilst mirroring a homecooked roast is sadly well short of the mark. The ambiance poor, and in need of a quick spruce up. Suggest taking the time and making a meal at home. Or waiting for a change to occur at this place.
