Thought we’d enjoy a coffee & cake after perusing the Cloud and Wynyard Quarter. Was disappointed, coffee arrived lukewarm/cold. Voiced this to the waiter who just gave a blank look. I then went and advised a senior member of staff behind the till and got the same reaction. NOT GOOD ENOUGH ! ! !
