I love the concept of watching your food being cooked while you wait.and it doesn’t take long at all.
You can make your own desired meal,and choose whatever you feel like at the time.
what I can say I’m not too happy about is the fact the chefs are all slapping their spatulas around so fast that the food cross contaminates.
if I wanted seafood in my meal I would have got it for myself.
when I ring to book the person who takes my booking is usually hard to understand and I end up spending more than I would like on a phone call trying to spell my name and get them to understand me.
I do agree with an earlier comment, the bowls have cracks and I work in the food industry so know cracks breed bacteria so I steer clear of any cracked bowls.
All in all definitely my favourite place to dine in Hamilton due to the price and the convenience of making what you’re feeling like at the time.and I take great delight in taking my friends and family there for the novelty experience.

Quite a fun environment although there were lots of big groups and it got very loud!
The plates/bowls weren’t of an acceptable level of cleanliness for me personally, but I’m quite fussy!
The choices of vegetables were alright, the broccoli had a lot of the stalk on them which I wasn’t crazy about, and I wasn’t impressed by the freezer mix veges that were offered in one of the containers. The sauces were strange and didn’t look very appetising. The experience of watching your food get cooked etc was quite different and pretty cool, although the look of the floor around the cooking area put me off (being fussy again).
The ice creams were running out when I got around to pudding, but the sauces with the ice cream were nice, and although I didn’t try a pancake, everyone around me said they were nice and fluffy!
It was a different and somewhat fun environment and I would recommend it for big groups or people who like a loud, busy environment. The staff were quite strange, they came around 3 or 4 times to collect empty plates but there was no conversation or offering of more drinks or anything.

Definitely value for money, don’t understand how people can say its not, You wouldn’t even get a main meal anywhere alse for the same price as their buffet soups/breads, mains and sides and pudding. The food is great and love going there, and great also for health conscience. The only thing that lets the place down and i have been many many times is the bar staff/waitress, very very poor and rude. Never checks your drinks, just plain dam rude and i was a bit embarrassed when i took someone there after raving about the place. It has put be off going back the place to be honest even tho i love the food.

Great restaurant for larger groups. Food is okay, tends to all taste the same to me once it’s been cooked. Often ends up tasting a bit charred. They’ve recently put their prices up and it feels a tad overpriced for what I get now.

to expensive for what it is, taste kind of burnt at times, if you luck to get in before to many dishes are cooked its not as bad. Great if you like variety and stir fries. Staff not so good, seem to stand around talking more than clearing plates and being waitresses

Good variety and style of cooking. Table staff could be better utilised, but otherwise found the restaurant pretty good. Especially as it’s buffet! You must try the pancakes too, They’re great!!!

I enjoy the lunches here, as you get a great lunch for a great price, and I usually cant eat it all! I have found a favourite so I always get the same thing so I know that I’ll enjoy it. Recommend it!

really good food, always busy and good for money. only thing would be the staff customer service is not that great, mainly having to take our own plates up to the bar as we were running out of room on the table.. but other than that really good

there are a wide range of ingredients to choose from which is good, except that the customer service is not good at all, we stacked our plates and no one came to collect it. we had to go ask for water ourself and the staff were having their lunch break where we could see them. But overall the food was nice and the staff member on the hot plate looked very experienced!!!

This is a mid range dining that could do with some extra cleaning, good food and value.

Amazing! been so many times. now a family tradition for birthdays etc. This is such good value for money, and tastes amazing.
Strongly recommended. Service is excellent!
