Been going here for years and the service and food is always consistently great. Such different and unique tastes. Personal favourites are Chicken/beef burritos and Cajun chicken! Onion Mumm is a must try, you will love it even if you’re not a big fan of onion! I highly recommend this restaurant you will not be dissapointed.

Oh my I hate writing bad reviews but I have to say this was the worst food I have ever had the displeasure of paying for.
It was so so terrible. My husband said ” try a mussel dear” I wondered why he was laughing. It was the most bizarre, rancid, repugnant taste I have ever experienced! Our son had the nachos and ran to the toilet and kept venturing to the carpark as they were so bad he felt sick immediately after. The toddler was served some oven fries and a tough rump steak that I wouldn’t even take home for the dog. Mine and hubby’s mains were so bad. There was a rancid, tainted taste through our meat that made it inedible. I found it ironic they don’t ask ” how did you enjoy your meal?” …… I think they already knew the answer.

A group of us ate here last week and id have to say it was very poor. Poor quality of food that was not fresh, the decor is very out dated and to top it of friends and I had upset tummies after. Though service was good.
Save your money and go home for eggs on toast. Better food at a gas station.

We dined at Giggles as part of a hen’s party. The service was great, the waiter was friendly and very patient considering he has 15 screaming girls.
The onion munn was really yummy, but I was disappointed with my main – Beef Fajita’s, it was very home-style cooking.

This is the first time I have ever put a review online, normally I would just never go back, BUT I think it is very important to advise the general public that both myself and a couple friends woke up the next morning with upset tummys! My friend ordered chicken, so it obviously wasn’t just a bad piece of meat!

I have been to Giggles on a few occasions, and have not been impressed. Although the waitress seems incredibly friendly and attentive, the rest of the wait staff is nowhere to be seen – the manager does not often help and the waitress is left to do everything alone. The food is average – I have never known so many “Mexican” dishes to be served with sweet THAI chili sauce. The majority of the food seems to have been pre-frozen and reheated, which is not particularly nice. The decor is also incredibly old, and needs to be updated. The margaritas and burritos, however, are exquisite.

On the down side, as I left to pay the bill last time I dined, I stood at the counter for several minutes trying to catch somebody’s attention – and I could have sworn that the chef dropped food on the floor, then picked it up and served it anyway, hopefully I was mistaken.

This seems like a good place to get take-aways from, but not somewhere I would regularly dine at.

We have been going to Giggles for many many years, and we love it!

I always get the grilled chicken, which is always great, and the onion mumm is something different and really yummy.

I agree they need to update their decor, but other than that, i think the place is great.

Ate there this week on recomendation of a friend who has eaten there several times.Started with the Onion Mumm, yum!
All of our meals were tasty. We were waited on by the owner, seemed a real nice guy. Decor is a bit run down and needs refurbishment but we had a nice meal and will return when next in area. Returned aug2010 for another enjoyable meal

Avoid this place like the plague!
You have been warned
Dine at your own risk
Turn around, head home raid the pantry n make a marmite sandwich! Consume and be thankful you heeded the warnings!
Worst Cajun food ever! Blackened fish was precooked, frozen n reheated, soft drinks were flat, prices were expensive. Chicken dish was just as bad! Nachos were yuk! The waitress who works there was great pity the dining experience wasn’t up to par with her professionalism

if only i had read the many reviews prior to going here but my wife and children like going here and i gave in to going again, this time we decided to go for “safe & simple” options which were still very poor examples of food. we ordered nachos, now i am no expert but i think its pretty hard to stuff them up yet the chips were stale, the bean/tomato mix on the top was terrible and there was little of it, properly a good thing as my wife and kids had a funny tummy that night after and the icing on the cake was when we got to the bottom of a plate of wedges there were two disgusting large black hairs at the bottom! not what we ordered! i was apprehensive going and should have trusted my “gut” go somewhere else and pay more if you need to, its worth it!

a nice friendly place to eat with good food. Try the Onion Mum, you’ll love it. Best dessert is the Banana Foster. We regularly go here just for that!
