Horrible experience at this cafe. They had no customer service skills whatsoever. My caramel slice tasted like it was a week old, and I got neither a fork or a serviette with it. My hot chocolate was burnt and I didn’t get a spoon or saucer with it. She just slammed it on the table and walked away without saying anything. In the corner of the dining room was a sick girl, either a staff member or their daughter, huddled up on a chair, cover in blankets. Not a good look. I ate one bite of my slice and a few mouthfuls of my hot choc then left. I won’t ever be going there again and I wouldnt recommend it at all.

I have been there on a couple of occasions in the past but last night they were incredibly rude; never mind the fact that we even paid for a wee small slice of tiramisu cake that was $7.60!!!!
We asked for 3 drinks takeaway but they gave it to us in mugs. Then when we went back and asked to have cups they rudely declined saying they didn’t do that there and made us feel like we were doing something really wrong. We had to ask more than 3 times for a code for free WIFI internet. Which ended up being at no more than dial up speed although it was apparent we were the only ones using it.
Clearly no management by Gloria Jeans of franchises was evident.
