The Goodness of Food Cafe is a gluten free cafe and wholesale bakery. We offer our dine-in and take-away customers a full brunch-style menu that includes battered fish and chips, corn and corriander fritters, and eggs benedict with our delicious homemade hollandaise sauce.
We also have a range of slices, cheesecakes, scones and other decadent delectables. Our homemade gluten free focaccia is unbeatable. You will find yourself asking the question “Is this REALLY gluten free?”…our food tastes even better than the flour-filled versions, and is nothing like the gluten free options currently available in our supermarkets.

We have had lunch at the cafe twice in the last week.
We have two in the party in who do not eat milk, and the chef made a special milk-free batter for his awesome fish and chips.
The nachos (we had them without cheese and sour cream) are delicious, as are the chips (kumera and potato).

This morning, the two of us who eat milk went back for morning tea and were treated by the chef to a melt in the mouth passionfruit cheesecake.

The coffee is good and generous, and there is an interesting selection of fruit juices available.
