Back again for another round at Gusto, and it was just as amazing if not better than the last time.
I especially love the Chefs special and the Fish is always so fresh!
The staff where friendly and the food was served quick which was great for a lunch break.
Great service guys, thanks!

I frequently dine at Gusto Restaurant, and everytime the service and food is outstanding. Gusto also has an amazing outlook over the Port… makes for a fantastic backdrop day or night!
The Coffee and Hot Choccys are good too.

Picked this for location and it featured in promotional material at information centre. What a let down. Over priced fruit salad covered in what seemed to be raspberry sauce – nasty. Over powering loud music which didn’t match the more serene morning view. They can do good coffee however.

Gusto is an odd mix. It wants desperately to be a world class dining establishment yet the casual staff attitude and ambiance lets them down.
Food is good, wine was good overall its fine, but they either need to step it up, create some atmosphere and train their staff or bring down the prices and make it a more casual place.

Good friendly service, good atmosphere and nice outlook.
Then came the food. I ordered a medium-rare eye fillet steak and the first cut into it revealed it to be well done and borderline chewy. I sent it back and was given a free drink for the trouble. To my surprise, the meal then came back out with the steak cut into several pieces and I was told it was in fact medium-rare in the middle! Nevermind the fact it was medium at best, what restaurant charging $34 for a main does this?!

Excellent food – nearly everything on the Menu looks delicious. Have been for lunch a number of times with some large groups and everyone loved what they ordered. Can be a little slow on service but otherwise a great time had by all.

Have eaten here several time for lunch. Last night was the first time for dinner. Had family over from Sydney & thought this was a great setting. The food & setting was very nice. Service was just a little under standard. Very nice young waitress, but too casual, reaching in front of people. Made up for only one cold bottle of wine with a free drink, while we waited for the 2nd bottle to chill to have with the main.
A good night.

My wife and I dined at Gusto restaurant and were completely blown away by the excellence of the cuisine.
Their Land to Sea dish was the best I have ever had – and I have travelled and dined at many fine establishment world wide. My wifes Duck was cooked to perfection according to her – high praise from a food critic.
Congratulations Chef and team – I will certainly recommend you to others with a taste for fine cuisine
