The first in the chain of Hansan restaurants. This one is the least fancy inside, but always spotlessly clean and efficiently run. Food is tasty, inexpensive and consistent — after more than 15 visits it is always the same quality.

Family friendly and right next to burger king, staff have been accommodating when we snuck in a kids meal to suit our finicky baby. Thanks.

As compared to my disappointing Hansan experience with the branch in Newmarket, this Mt Wellington branch proved to be a lovely surprise. Went in on a Friday for lunch – the food was quick, reasonably tasty and at a good price too. So I guess you can say it has elevated my perception of the Hansan chain somewhat. If I were to return, I’ll definitely go to the Mt Wellington branch and skip the Newmarket one.

I have eaten here twice and on both occasions enjoyed it thoroughly with my partner only thing that i would like to know is why the starter and main meal come at the same time? other than that food is great, location is perfect and is always busy which is a good indication. staff are also lovely.

easy to find, great parking. busy !! always a good sign of a good restaurant. staff were proffessional calm (the place was a hive of activity) and courteous, although i did find the english standard, a little lower than i thought it might be, i will be going again. loved it LOVED THE FOOD !! excellent excellent prices good quality food. serving sizes MORE than adequate !!
another thing that i thought was a little weird was we ordered an appetiser and a main… BOTH came out at the same time.
is this the vietnamese way or a language break down?
but really the things that were not so great are not enough to turn me away. i am eager to go again.

Great big space for dining and good service. Delivery of food is excellent even on busy days. The best selection of desserts by far! Good variety of rice and noodle dishes. Wait staff are friendly although some are not very proficient in English.

This place made me a fan of Vietnamese food!
