I went to Harvest Cafe on the weekend with a group of friends for lunch and we were super impressed both by the service and the food. I also loved how nicely the place has spruced up!
I had the vege eggs benedict which was gorgeous, the hollandaise was rich and creamy and it was the perfect size.
One friend had the pea and feta fritters which she loved and the other had the salmon rosti which we all tried and was also lovely with perfectly poached eggs.
The coffee was strong and hot how i like it and Janice had a wake up smoothie which was interesting but tasty.
I am looking forward to my next trip to mangwhai for my next breakfast at Harvest Cafe, and can not wait to try the Tapas also!
Also met Chris the owner for the first time, certainly a guy to put a smile on your dial

Dinner …. Tapa’s! Absolutely pure bliss! The Ribs rocked and the Scallops were drooled over! Great staff, friendly as! Chef knows his stuff!
Six of us dined at Harvest on Friday 21 Jan. After viewing and considering 16 tapa selections, the order was … “we”ll have two of everything except the bread and olives offerings”. The Ribs and Scallops were sooooo great, we went back for a 3rd. Even though time was getting on, there was no hesitation from the wait staff or Chef.
Thanks for a divine choice!

Went there for brunch a few weeks ago. Friend ordered wedges which were overcooked and very dark brown (tasted a bit burnt) and came out with nothing on them. Tiny bowl of sour cream on the side. I ordered eggs bene which was just ok but hash brown was not home made and was like the frozen ones you buy. Not really impressed to be honest. The food wasn’t terribly bad yet it wasn’t really that great either!
Chris and his staff are fun to be around and are always friendly even when busy. Excellent coffee and great food and cakes. The Tapas served at night are some of the best I’ve ever had, my favorite would be the Sizzling Prawns….Yummy!
