3 Reviews for Hell Pizza

Hubby and I have ordered frequently in the past and generally had a good pizza. Then they decided to cut costs and changed their chicken tenders to processed ones instead of keeping the ones which were “real meat”. This was even agreed by one of the staff there when I questioned the change that they were disgusting!
This Saturday night just gone we decided to do Hells again. Ordered a creator with 8 toppings and asked for extra cheese. Did the usual sides of ribs and wedges. Ribs have gotten much bigger over time with less meat. Used to get a good feed off one pack of them, now hubby can eat the whole lot easily. The pizza was absolutely terrible. For a pizza with extra cheese and 8 toppings we could still see through it. It was like it had been cooked far too long and completely cooked the cheese off. Toppings were much more scarce than ever before. As I said, we have brought so many Hell pizzas we could have shares in the place. Finally after ringing back and asking for the manager repeatedly we got offered a free voucher for another pizza. It definitely won’t get used and I will never buy Hells ever again. A voucher might be your peace offering but a hell of a lot more compassion would have been better and an offer to bring a fresh pizza to us there and then.
