2 out of the 3 times (in 3 months) we’ve ordered from this Hell’s Pizza location, the service has been absolutely appalling.

The first time, my pizza was awful. The manager did send a voucher for a free pizza, though.

The second time wasn’t horrible, and the third time, the driver didn’t bring any coins with him and I had to scrounge through the house to get him correct change. I think it was his way of getting a tip, if you ask me. When I called the store to ask the manager to get their drivers to bring change with them, an employee by the name of Michelle proceeded to tell me that if I’ve had such bad experiences with them, maybe I should deal with someone else. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. I had to call back to speak to a different employee to get her name and I’m still waiting contact from the store manager.

The pizza was actually pretty good the third time, but their customer service is non-existent. They are horrible, immature and unprofessional.
