been here a few times, we usually go there for steam buns, foods are average, but serious issues with their management, and how they treat customers!

we once experienced a long wait, and they gave our table to someone came after us, we then put to a table upstairs, the wind was wild that day, curtain keeps flipping at us, none of the waiter did anything about it, so i have to stick the curtain in an awkward position to stop it flipping like crazy! i thought that’s it we can enjoy our meal, but one of the dish never came, we waited over 1 hr, decide to remind the waiter about the dish, we then told that dish is not available and they have canceled for us, yup canceled with out any notification!

it’s been awhile since last bad experience, thought we should give them another go, so we returned recently, as usual, we order steam bun and something else, been told there’s no steam bun that day, and she recommend a “popular” dish to us, and we were easily convinced! that recommended dish served within 1min after order, it was unusually quick for such deep fried dish, so we asked the waiter whys it served so quick? she told us, its popular so we cook a lot at once, we knew shes lying, it taste warm to cold, definitely not something freshly cooked, we suspect its a dish other customer returned, we also notice the waiter talk/laugh to another waiter and pointing to our table, we knew exactly whats going on, disgusted by their attitude, and with such dishonest restaurant, you never know what ingredients they use, we will never go back again, not risking our health!
