I have to write about this Hollywood Bakery branch in St Lukes. The foods are so good and the environment is 90%clean but the services are really out of order. I went in to have a cup of coffee and I got served by this young female maybe in her early 20s. Her hair nearly cover her right eye and she cant really speak English. How can the manager hire these kind of people that cannot help customers in any ways?Then the next minute she walked to the foodcase and grab a chocolate bar and stand and eat infront of me and other 2people waited to be served. One of the staff came in and serve this couple and she also grab a pie and join the other staff on the table next to me. So I realise how silly will be a manager to allow staff members to do these sort of attitude while customers are looking. “NOT A REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL”Anyway the coffee was good bt the services was really unaccepted. Hopefully the manager will consider this issue with staff in the future.

Most of the Hollywood branches I have been to are good as well, but you can’t beat the $10 Eggs Benny with a free coffee here. And it’s GOOD Eggs Benny. I mean really good. Only a couple of grumbles: the young guy that’s normally at the counter is a douchebag with no customer service skills, and the plates are too big for the food – if there’s a few of you you’ll struggle to fit everything on your table. Other than that, the food is YUMMY!
