I also had a ‘dandelion coffee’, which was amazingly good. I didn’t want any caffeine, so ventured to this, and it was a good choice. The soy-milk was very subtle in its flavour (which is good for my tastes).
They have a slightly crazy payment system – you need a card for the items you purchase, and you need to take it to the ‘supermarket’ till to pay after your meal… and the guy on service at the cafe often forgets to give the ticket… he gets a bit flustered? LOL! But if you can endure this crazy payment system, it’s worth it – as the food is such an awesome healthy range, with good gluten free and vegetarian options for my coeliac friend.
New premises are much nicer and cleaner.
The juice bar is closed too early.

They could do with a payment system at the coffee machine though, it is a pain waiting in line to pay at the front.

I stayed on after purchasing my goods to have a coffee and a caramelised onion galette in the cafe. The coffee while flavoursome was not hot enough the galette was heated for me but I then was asked to queue up at the checkouts to pay for food before it was consumed.
I commented that my food would get cold while I waited as the queues were reasonably long. But was told quite firmly that was their system. I thought it was an odd setup. (Why not have a till at the cafe?)
The galette by the way was tasty but not easy to eat using the plastic utensils provided. (Why plastic?)
Did you eat at this restaurant? Have an opinion to share?
