At 123 Grafton Road there is an exciting project underway! We are a newly established Social Enterprise that is harnessing the skills and talents of the local community and New Zealand Businesses to help all of us grow and develop. We want you!

Falling Apple Charitable Trust is an organisation that promotes;

Culture, Art, Music, Education, Health, Natural Products, Sustainability, Local Economy and Community Well-being.

The beautiful heritage villa will be restored to it’s former glory and will operate as a Restaurant, Café, Deli and a boutique community venue with a lush garden to showcase all areas of the arts and hold workshops. There will also be excellent healthy, organic and locally source food. What more could you want?

Portions of the profits made from ‘Hum’ will go back into promoting projects in the community but for now, our efforts are concentrated on the Villa Restoration and we are launching into our massive Fundraising Initiatives to bring the dream alive!
