We love this place and go as often as we can. The food is fabulous and the staff are really friendly and entertaining. They look after the kids and everyone has a great time. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the toilets could do with better cleaning.

Awesome food, great service and entertaining. Would highly recommend if you are after a tasty meal, quite simply the best in the Hutt Valley. I have been here a number of times now and the food is always consistent, absolutely no nasty surprises at Ichiban.

Well the outside certainly lets it down. Inside, this place is fantastic! What an awesome experience. Darn good fun, worth taking the whole family. Very entertaining and its surprising how filling the food is. It was cooked beautifully, the chefs are very talented, they have made the presentation of food a true art. Will become a regular!

I love this place!!! Friendly chefs and amazing food. Everything is so delicious. We visit it really often and are always impressed. Going with the in-laws next week – I’m sure they’ll love it too!

This has to be the best value for food and entertainment yet!. The food is something that you would expect in a award winning restaurant . Everything melts in your mouth!!. I have not tried better squid anywhere else in the world. These guys have nailed the art of cooking to perfection and it keeps it interesting for the kids, watching the chef at work. Keep up the sensational work guys.

Every time I want to impress people I take them here.Prices are good, service is great and you get a free show.Great food well prepared and they are just to friendly.Highly recommended on my list .Reason I don’t give 5 stars I would have liked a bigger variety.But very entertaining

I’m a chef, and have dined at Ichiban on several occasions. The food is delicious, and the service is friendly and entertaining, as they flick and flip the food on the hot plate in front of you. Highly recommend it as a great dining experience.
