Have been there for lunch (i.e. limited, but reasonably priced menu). Curries (butter chicken and beef vindaloo) tasty (though the beef must have been a rather old cow before they turned it into meat). Interesting atmosphere though probably more suited to a hot summer than a grey & chilly autumn day …) and friendly, though not particularly efficient staff. Probably not a reason to come back to Sumner, but If I am there anyway and hungry, I might pop in again.
Indian Blues is the best and most luxurious dining experience I’ve had in a while in Christchurch. The staff were attentive and helpful, the decor gorgeous, the food faburlous and inexpensive. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Great Great Great.

Reasonable food, but we will not eat there again until they stop leaving their filthy smelly rubbish bins out on the street 24/7
