Had lunch here today, was great! Corn Fritters were fabulous and highly recommended, the steak sandwich looks great and the onion rings were the best I’ve tasted! Great spot, good menu and lively atmosphere although prices are on the expensive side.

We went here for fathers day we were in a large group and we pre booked.
Food and coffee was awesome no faults there.
However some of our table received there meals and 40 mins later the rest of our table still had not been served which was disappointing, the staff were very apologetic about the wait.

Sadly to say we had a bad experiance with infusion in the weekend..certainly was not enjoyable.
1. kids menu don’t even offer kids egg on toast (only three options for kids and only one option for breakfast)
2. Mum ordered a muffin and coffee, and we ordered a cooked breakfast all on same table number and instead of holding the muffin and coffee until the other order was cooked my mother received her order first and we wait 15 mins for ours…then they sent out my daughters hot chocolate when we where all finised, had to ask for a take away cup. (would have preferred to have all meals and drinks at same time.
3. Asked for the sauce on the side instead of all over my breakfast and they did not do that and my eggs benedit came with sauce covering (usually too much for my liking) because we waited so long and mum had finished her muffin and coffee I did not send back but scrapped off excess.
The lack in service
we won’t be back.

Excellent Pasta (spinach & ricotta), lots of it, and very flavoursome.
Cheesecake was great, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Will be going back again!

Just had fantastic lunch once again at Infusion. The young man who makes the coffees consistantly makes a great one, always spot on. Best coffees in Franklin. Will definately be back

Today we waited 45 min for microwaved pancakes, under cooked pasta, and non crispy crispy mussels. The mussels were marinated instead of fresh and were served in a bowl that made it exptremely difficult to cut. Service was defensive rather than apologetic. Wont go back

I’ve wined and dined many a friend at this establishment and many other restaurants in the Franklin region. I’ve also had the pleasure of eating at and observing the work of some great restaurants around the world – I have to say that this one takes some beating. On a good day it’s great and at its best its….the best in the area by a long way. Where it succeeds is in the mixture of fine food, which is thoughtfully prepared and served and a knowledgeable front of house where service is as it should be; attentive, discreet and professional.
I have been here a few time now and your sweetcorn fritter are very delicious.
Alpress coffee is one of my personal favorites so was very happy you supplied it, although i find the coffee isn’t consistent, a couple of time Ive had a bitter coffee but i understand that these things happen as i to have my own cafe and realise the pressure you can be under.
I am totally in love with your caramel oat slice and the tan slice YUMMY.
Love the atmosphere
Keep up the excellent service.
Would be great if you could up load a menu so i can decide what i want in advance

I am saddened to have to write this as from the outside the cafe, garden centre & shop looked very inviting….
For the price that was asked for the coffee and cakes we were left pretty disappointed.
Our $5.00 cake had a hair in it & yes it was quickly replaced, however with a piece that was burnt on the bottom.
Our coffees were in small cups, watery & not the frothy, creamy latte that we paid for. It seemed more like an instant coffee that could have been made at home.
It appears there was a shortage of staff from the length of our wait for service. (The lady did after a while apologize and say she would be with us shortly.)
To end on a positive note – we LOVED the decor of the place & hope you’ll learn something from our comments.

Fantastic venue, relaxed friendly atmosphere. The food is fabulous, and always comes out really quickly, which is good if your in a rush. But also if you just want a chilled out sunday brunch it’s the perfect venue too. Their barista, the lovely tall girl, makes the best darn coffee around too!! It’s worth making a trip out of your way just for one of her coffees! Recomend it to everybody you know
