You did it at short notice and communication with you leading up to the day was very reassuring and took away the worry. The food and service provided on the night was just great and so much food!! Thank you very much for doing an awesome job in catering on behalf of AUPISA (Auckland University Pacific Island Students Association) on Friday 18th March 2011. The catering service you provided for our event was delightful. We were very fussy with whom we were going to ask to cater our event and we are very happy that we chose you, and that you agreed to cater for the event. We wanted a Pacific menu to cater to our members but also to support our community businesses so thank you for doing that for us. The food was plentiful, and there were no complaints with the food at any point of the evening. One of the main reasons for the success of our event is because of the food so we really enjoyed treating our members as they deserved and thank you for helping us to do that. There were more than enough plates, cups, cutlery and serving tools which took a lot of worry off our plate so thank you for taking care of more than your share. The food was great I would not change anything about the evening of things. we are definitely grateful for having the opportunity of working with you.

I absolutely loooove island soul food. The food was exquisite, beautiful flavours and a lovely variety of that yummy island food that we all know and love. Excellent customer service on top of this…would highly recommend island soul food to anyone!
