Have had several meals here, lunch and dinner, and have not been disappointed. Good service, excellent boutique wines, and must have made fortunate choices with the meals, not having had the disappointing experiences the other reviewers mention. Lovely relaxed setting.

Great people. Pretty good location. Pity food is so average. I had a vegetarian linguine for lunch. Super bland and rather dry. Tasted like it had been prepared hours ago and reheated in a microwave. It cost me about $18. What about a moist Italian-style tomato sauce as a base, with bay leaf and basil in it? What about some garlic? Hell, what about some salt??? There was no protein in this dish (apart from some Parmesan cheese on top), so after eating this you will feel hungry again in an hour. Chick peas, pine nuts or beans might balance this. Very unimpressed, although I do want to say again that the wait staff were most charming – they offered to make me another one.

Went to dinner there a couple of months ago and had a nice dinner except for the pork belly which was tough and chewy, probably undercooked. My son ordered it and found it inedible so I tried it and had to agree. The rest of the meal was good. Not brilliant but pleasant and satisfying. Could do with more flavour and attention to cooking times.
