I’ve had a few treats from this place and they have all been quite good. The service has also been friendly. However, I have found a lot of times when I walk there are kids hanging out chatting with the people working at the stand. I end up just passing by instead of stopping because of this. Would probably frequent the place more if the counter looked free…

I’m a doughnut-lover, so not having to drive all the way to Queensgate for my doughnuts is a definite advantage! I’ve tried a few flavours and found them all delicious; unfortunately, I’m often only in the Manners area after Jam Nutz has closed for the day, meaning I miss out on my sugar fix.

Excellent little coffee place.

Didn’t know it existed until the deal voucher (ie 5 coffees for less than $1.50 each)

They do amazing kiwifruit puffs and lolly cake too. I try to get back every week(although the walk is 20 minutes+ from my work)

Guy who works there most days is very cool and friendly!

very small, friendly service, excellent coffee, swiftly made to order and a good selection of inexpensive slices. Can recommend the caramel brownie … I’ll be back.

One of the best cafes in Wellington ! Its quite small but the slices are excellent, service friendly, coffee delicious and John is extremely accommodating.
I had purchased a voucher for 5 coffees and slices for Jam. Normally one would need to claim a coffee+slice together in an order; but John was very happy to split it up with no hassles at all.
I am now hooked to their lemon slice…yummy !
