highly disappointed in the wait for the meal,took over an hour from order time to when we actually got to eat,resturant was not at full capacity,service mediocre,meal not worth the wait or expense.cheers lee

Cool dining place by the sea, above everything else the service at JARKS was second to none. Same the second time we went only they remembered our names this time!
Meals fast, hot and tasty…great vibe highly recomended…And they accept Bartercard!

18/5/09 I organised a group of 21 for lunch the food was fabulous the service great and Jarks itself is iconic to a seaside cafe. Every one was completely satisfied.We will definitely go again.

What a surprise to find such a beautifully appointed Restaurant, Cafe & Bar in a little settlement like Waimarama. The cuisine is top class (Loved the squid dish) and the service is friendly and efficient. Note: I have no connection with the establishment.

fabulous breakfasts and dinners here. Excellent wide-ranging menu and I love the way they serve oysters! Nice decor too and good playground for the kids! Staff are friendly and professional.
