We had a wonderful experience and the most delicious burgers we have ever tasted.
The service was exceptional and we have told many friends how much we enjoyed it.
Would make a special trip to Wellington just to go there.

Joe’s Garage has a nice feel about, comfortable place to chat whilst eating.
The food was okay, a little dry and too small. Nothing special.

My partner and I went to Joe’s Garage for lunch this afternoon and left with very mixed feelings.
My orange juice tasted incredibly watered down and my partners coffee tasted like over-roasted beans. The waitress who took our orders was rude and acted like we were interrupting her day which left us feeling very awkward.
I ordered the Joe’s Stick with bacon, lettuce, tomato and cream cheese and my partner ordered the Brat. After quite a wait for the food, our first thoughts were disappointment because of how small and simple the meals were. In saying that though, they were very tasty, I just don’t see how they can justify charging that much for something that could easily and cheaply be made from ingredients at the supermarket. Maybe if they added a side salad or some fries to the meal it would make it feel a bit more value for money.
All in all though, I would come here again, just maybe order something different.
