The place is nice but lacks charm; staff friendly and helpful.
But:
the outside needs heaters; newspapers are not to be found (we were told: only one available); decor boring and sterile
In essence, Jones tries a lot but cannot reach the A-plus heights of the major three places in Auckland: Frasers (Mt Eden), Urban Café (Newmarket) and The Fridge (Kingsland)
