I rung the kebab shop and asked them if I could get their chicken on it’s own, I make a salad at work at wanted some nice freshly grilled chicken to put on top, they said no problem and quoted me either $8 or $6 for a smaller portion. I took the $8 version. Yesterday I went back and asked for the $6 version, which I was happy with. Today I rang to ask for the $6 version again, to which I was told “It doesn’t make us any money – we were happy to do it once off but not any more”. I think this is absolutely terrible customer service. They never said it was a once off when it was first offered to me. I’ve been there twice this week already and would have gone there many many many times. Unfortunately, I wont go there again. How sad.

This place has the best chips! Even though there may be a waiting time, it is definitely worth the wait~

Love this place, probably have the best Chicken and rice in Auckland. The salads are always fresh and crisp. The chicken is always cooked perfectly. Never had any complaints. Defiantly good value for money and delicious food.

We have been going to Kebab Stop since it first opened. I rate it tops for cleanliness, freshness of food and awesome taste. It is miles better than any other kebab place. I drive in from west auckland to get it. Its the best!!! And the salad is so fresh.

I am also a fervent lover of Kebab Stop. I have been going there for over 10 years and I now drive to it from Onehunga. Not only the taste is awesome but it has been consistantly the same over the years. I love their lamb on rice with the yummy chips, and most of all the salad. Try their salad and you won’t be disappointed. The dressing is the best in NZ.

Kebab Stop in Mt Eden is legendary! I have never found a kebab place that has excelled the taste and quality of Kebab Stop (and believe me i have looked for one closer to home, i travel in from Henderson to get a kebab from Kebab Stop). The service is friendly and genuine. People (myself included) keep going back to Kebab Stop over and over again because we know we will get quality. your freshly served kebab has large chunks of chicken marinated overnight until tender and soft. These Kebabs melt in your mouth, the chicken is moist and served on humus and a salad.
