Ken Yakitori Bar Anzac is a Japanese dining bar, specialising in Yakitori and Sake.
With over 10 years in the business Ken Yakitori Bar Anzac is where you can enjoy great Japanese dishes with friends and families and also enjoy that special bottle of wine that you’ve brought with your meal.

6 Reviews for Ken Yakitori Bar Anzac
I do like the format in a group environment – you order various dishes which are then bought up to you and shared. Everything here is really tasty.
The downstairs area has smaller tables, around the main bar and cooking area. A bit more cramped, possibly a bit noisier (although we create our own atmosphere upstairs!).
Parking is non-existent and is the big downside of this place. You can park in the Langholm car park accessed down the street beside Ken’s, but one of our group was charged $28 for the 2-3 hours parking and they don’t have easy access in the evening.

Food is fine and the pricing is alright, but it just really didn’t blow my mind. Being such a huge Japanese fan (and with the likes of Tanukis and Nishiki in competition) it’s not as amazing as I expected it to be

Staff are accommodating and friendly.
Not the cheapest, but thems the breaks. Their yakitori stays pretty true to the genuine article.
People may not like the small interior, but this just makes the experience all the more authentic.
For first timers, go for the Ken combo.
If only they had tap beer instead of just bottles…
By the way, Anzac Ave Ken Bar gives you free cabbage, but I’m not sure if K-Road Ken does. There may be some slight menu variation as well.
