OMG – this is my favourite Thai takeout, absolute YUMMY Satay Chicken stir fry, comes with rice too and at a great price. Highly recommended here as they are always busy food is always fresh and home made – if ordering on a Fri or Sat night phone in as sometimes there is a bit of a wait on those busy nights as they are so popular!!

Just the best, I’ve nearly had everything on the menu and man oh man taste is out of this world, yum yum for the tum tum……

Ordered a number of dishes from the menu and said we were eating in. Order came out as a takeaway order which wasn’t so much an issue as when the person taking our order was talking to another customer on the phone at the same time. After reading reviews about this takeaway – I was excited as it would mean if the food was good, I would be a regular. However, I have eaten at a number of Thai restaurants, eateries and food courts, this probably has to be one of the first places having eaten at where I have been disappointed.

The chilli lamb dish ordered was bland & lacked that traditional Thai flavour. The entrees were average, mixed entree and a minced chicken toastie (4 pieces), the Tom Kha chicken soup tasted like chicken swimming in coconut cream. When the rice appears to be the best tasting part of the meal, that says we won’t be eating there again for a while.

May try the food again one more time in the future to confirm hopefully it was only an off-night for this Thai food takeaway.

Where else can you get a custom made Thai dish to your liking? When you ask for Thai hot, you get Thai hot! They will make you sweat! There’s no other Thai place in Auckland that delivers on the heat factor like Khun Pui does.

With friendly service and great pricing on all their appetisers and mains, you need to eat there right now.

Really good curries! I discovered this place a month after I moved to Northcote- wish I had found this foodcourt earlier! Tasty authentic food at unbelievably affordable prices. The Japanese corner Saika next door is another absolute favourite as well. Beautiful food and friendly service, both shops have become my go-to places for fast, cheap and delicious take-aways!

This is my absolute FAVOURITE eatries. Fantastic prices, friendly service by owner & staff and some of the best Thai food available. Parking is plenty in the hub of northcote parking centre and best of all its FREE! one of the few & rare things left in North Shore city.

Often get takeaways from here after the pictures at the Bridgeway in Northcote Point.Very reasonable prices, quality is excellent & the quantity is more than enough!
