Way overpriced….canned fruit and the taste of the yoghurt was horrible and artificial….not a nice experience

I walked in looking confused as it was my first time there.
The lady who worked there immediately came up to me and explained everything
After choosing chocolate yoghurt topped with nerdy nerds, and hundreds and thousands, and sherbet, and chocolate chips – I was ready to pay what i thought would be the expensive transaction.
However it was only $1.90 ! I was amazed! I thought frozen yoghurt (especially in Mission Bay) was really expensive – especially with all the topping options – I’ve never seen so many in my life!
The location is the best – right infront of the beach.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and highly recommend it

While we were waiting for other people to finish doing their own yoghurts, we were greeted by an extremely enthusiastic young girl who was extremely helpful. We had no idea how to get started, since it’s a ‘self serve’ shop, unlike other ice cream places in the area. She gave us a quick run-through of the system, and we were surprised to learn that the place actually rotates it’s flavours every week! The girl even offered us free samples of the flavours since we couldn’t decide which ones to get!
The displays above the machines were very helpful. The flavour was clearly shown, as well as ALL the nutritional information. It was marvellously presented and I was impressed. I eventually decided on getting a mixture of the caramel cream and cheesecake flavours. There were heaps of toppings to choose from, I went with strawberries, blackberries, granola, chopped almonds, and a dash of maple syrup. In the end the total purchase for five people was about $35, which was a tad cheaper than I thought it would be.
My reaction, on first bite, was to say “Oh my god, this is great!!”. The yoghurt was exactly as I had hoped; creamy, yet not too rich as to taste like icecream, and not too sweet. It was delicious. I would definitely go there the next time I go down to Mission Bay. Unfortunately, I was told that it was the only one it Auckland! I’m going to have to go to Mission Bay more often!
In summary, I recommend strongly recommend this place. The atmosphere there is amazing- the decor is stunning and the staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. And, most importantly the product is impeccable and good value.
Well done to the owners and creative minds behind this concept .
