I had previously been here for lunch (where they had a special on) and been impressed with the quality of the food and how tasty it was – I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai.
Tonight I went there for a take away and again ordered the Pad Thai.
I was disappointed. The food was extremely bland with little chicken, the noodles were sticky and greasy and clumped together – and the tastiest thing was the wedge of lemon placed in with it.
For $19 the serving was small and, compared to other Thai restaurants I have been to, this was an expensive takeaway.
I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant and won’t be returning.

The Thai food served at Kum Pun was fresh well cooked and tasty. I have enjoyed both restaurant and takeaway services I would agree that the portions are on the small side but the food was great.

Funky looking decor, however, the chairs were uncomfortable. The portions were small but adequate, with a reasonable menu. The service was poor. Although there were only 2 other tables being occupied on a wednesday night, we were not asked how the food was, nor were we asked if everything was ok.
We had no napkins or serviettes at our table, and would have had to vacate our seats to find some, which we didn’t do.
I would not eat here again.
