I got myself one of their chicken burgers and chips on Saturday night, and the burger was fantastic.

It was huge! I could hardly eat any chips it was so filling.

Definitely be back next time my wife is out partying and I can’t be bothered cooking for one.

Staff are a little bit hard to understand, but minor problem.

Tried Kuna shortly after they opened. Fantastic service, open longer hours than any of the other local takeaways, which we find really good.

Burgers are large, and very tasty. The fish was really fresh, and done just right. Plenty of chips, and use high quality potato.

My wife had a roast meal from there one time, and said it was as good as home cooked. That’s saying something! She does an awesome home cooked roast!

We now go there about once a month for a treat.

We thought we’d give this new fish and chip shop a try but won’t be going back. We got chips, potato fritters, a mussel fritter and a cheese burger. The chips were ok but the rest was not worth the money. The burger was swimming in a gross tomato sauce and was all soggy. The mussel fritter looked like something the cat had thrown up and didn’t taste much better! We would have bought fish but it was too expensive. We won’t be recommending Kuna to anyone and will be sticking with our regular takeaway.

As this is new local takeaway we decided to give everything a go so ordered a piece of fish, chips, a potato fritter, a fish burger, a cheese burger, a lamb sandwich and a vege burger. Everything was well cooked and tasty, the fish burger was a real winner, lovely crumbed fish and nice homestyle roll. The burgers and sandwich were filled with a variety of salad and the fried foods were well drained. If they keep up the good work this will become a winner for the coast.
