The food is slightly on average for the that much price!

On 14May 1130am, the female cashier was so rude and impolite! I totally will not return a second time. Bad bad experience!

And the company does not have any website for the customer to feedback. This is bad marketing!

It’s gross, substandard, pitiful excuse for japanese food, even foodcourt japanese.

The salmon inside salmon sushi is very oily and not fresh. The colour seemed a bit off. There are bones (yes BONES!!) inside the salmon onigiri, and when I went back to tell them, they just said “yes..sometimes it happens, many people have been complaining..” . if so many people are complaining, take the hint and get it changed!

Even though they are only found in the food court of Westfield Mall in Glenfield (or other Westfield Mall), their food does not taste fastfood!

They serve good quality and very taste Japanese cuisine.

highly recommended is their beef and shrimp combo! A bit pricey for fastfood, but definitely worth it!
