This is a lovely place to stop, especially if you have children. The menu had something for everyone and the kids loved the playground. True southern hospitality was had and we will definitely look forward to stopping there again. Thank you. Jackie

this was the best meal i have ever had at a restaurant the food was amazing, feeding the fish was spectacular the playground kept the kids busy they even had fresh cherries to pick to take home. I encourage you to walk up the hill for there is a amazing veiw of the whole of omarama.
if your going past dont go past stop in and have a meal i was pleased and so will you.

WOW! This place is amazing. Spent an afternoon with my family enjoying the wonderful surroundings, fed the fish and had a great meal with great service. We will definitely be back.

Last week we enjoyed a beautiful meal at The restaurant.
The waitress was very efficient and when we asked for menus straight away for the children as they were hungry after a long journey she made sure meals arrived very quickly.
Not so ours after we had waited for 45 Min’s one of our party was informed that their choice of a burger was frozen and would take another 45 Min’s so another choice was made .The meals very lovely when the arrived but the speed at which they arrived considering there was only one other party there would put me off returning if I was travelling on or did not have 3 hours for lunch.Other than this the surroundings and lovely shady dining areas and childrens playground are just perfect .
I am sure the timing issue can be sorted.
