Went here last night with a friend. We get sat at a table and before we could even look at the wine menu we were asked what we wanted so we commented that we haven’t even looked at the menu and asked her to come back in a minute – 10mins later she returns. We were not told the specials of the day which was very disappointing (on the way to the bathroom I see a specials board and well I would have liked what was on there) We also had to ask what the potato of the day was which is very poor we should have been told all these things up front. We order a bottle of wine and our meals… 10 mins on she returns and they do not have the wine that we order… After about 25mins our meals come out and one is wrong and was almost like it was a real inconvenience to her that she stuffed up our order and then we said something to her and wanted it corrected? When finally we both had our meals which were steak I have to say they were both FANTASTIC and cooked to purrrfection! My mouth is still watering from it just the thought mmm. After we had finished our meals our plates get clear but no asking if we want deserts or coffees etc… finally about 15mins later (we were chatting and finishing our wine)she came and asked if we wanted it but by then we were pretty over waiting. Finally paid the bill and that was hard for them too. We wanted to go halves and the young lady that had been serving us could not work out half!? It wasn’t that hard. I would go back here but only for the food as the service is lacking. I think there wait staff are too young and or not trained well enough. Just to slow. So if you aren’t in a rush and want good food head here but if your in a rush Id stop somewhere else. Also there menus are very messy and hard to read everything is jumbled and they have a pizza menu, cafe menu and restaurant menu mixed in and the entrees were in the middle.
