I was at Akaroa for the weekend with family. We decided to pop in here for brunch. A lovely place but alas the older lady that was serving and on the till left a lot to be desired. A shame for ones business. She couldnt even bring a cherry smile to her face and it was as if we were an impossition being there. Considering it is such a tourist town and there were two cruise ships in that day. Even if you dont enjoy your job and lets face it a big percentage are there just to earn the dollar, does it not make your day more enjoyable to at least pretend you like your job and smile to the customer. We wont be going back there, and shame, I wonder if the owner of this business realises this is going on.
