An absolute must see when visiting Queenstown!

This small quaint shop (that is easily missed) has some of the best ice cream in New Zealand, quite possibly the world, and their soup (not sure if that is seasonal) is delicious too. The shop is clean and well presented and the owner is very friendly. He makes the ice cream himself and the walls of the shop are lined with NZ awards attesting to his ability as one of the top ice cream makers in NZ.

My favourite was the apple crumble but I’ve heard the Ginger Kiss is to die for and holds a gold award for 2009.

Like I say, a must see, don’t go to Queenstown without visiting this lovely little shop, you won’t be disappointed.
