Took ages for takeaway meal to be ready and then we find the food terrible. We had biryani and chicken madras and both were horrible. Chicken dry and hard and lacking flavour. We regularly eat this food and and this is not Indian food. Not satisfied

Just to counter another reviewer, we regularly eat here and regularly recommend to others who agree with us that this is indeed excellent Indian food, tops for service too. We find the naan always to be perfect, and have no issues what so ever with too much tomato flavour, on the contrary our palates are delighted with subtle flavours and tastes we have not experienced previously. I’m confused how the reviewer could think the Rogan Josh tasted of tomato sauce – not only is it a meal I enjoy regularly from here, but I believe it is a bit of a speciality for them (perhaps the reviewer was mistaken, it would be interesting to learn). Oh dear, this sounds like I have shares in the company! Not at all, just enjoy their food!!

I was staying at the motel across the road, and love Indian so I popped over for some take out. Ordered a lamb saag “Indian hot”and plain naan. The curry was good, had the lips tingling. The naan was thick and crispy, and the poppadoms were the same. Not the best Indian I’ve had but it’s up there. The service was good, sank a Kingfisher while I waited, and the restaurant seemed busy for a Thursday. The food coming out of the kitchen looked good. The Take away portions were big (enough for two) and the naan was huge! It would have been nice to have an online menu but other than that a pretty decent meal. I’d have no issues eating there again.

Came here and ordered take out. The food arrived very hot, and quickly which was fantastic. The food was not very good I am afraid, the naan was doughy, the butter chicken and rogan josh just tasted a bit too like tomato sauce. The service was great though and the staff were very friendly.
