Tried to think of something nice to say, and I guess the integrated book shop would have to be it, staff were nice enough, coffee has been good then bad too risky to bother again, food below average and overpriced

Visited today. I’m a visitor from Auckland. Love the decor. Friendly staff. Had a fantastic blueberry and lemon curd muffin and primo coffee. Fabulous. I recommend this place for great coffee and counter/cabinet food. Will be trying the breakfast soon so hoping its as good as today

I totally agree with the review written before mine. I also had to wait 55 minutes for my meal and was given two free coffee cards for my troubles. I don’t even drink coffee!

Luckily I was not there in a lunch break or I would’ve gone back to work a very hungry woman. People do not have time to be waiting that long for a simple meal – eggs benedict – I could cook that meal in quarter of the time and I’m not a qualified chef with the expectations of the food industry to comply with.

I was also told the food would only take 10 minutes to come out. If the meal is going to take an hour I believe the cafe should let you know that it’s going to take that long so you have the option of going somewhere else that’s organised enough to get their meals out in an acceptable amount of time.

Not happy and will NOT be going back, except maybe to collect my free coffees… ;-)

I do not feel waiting 50 minutes for a meal is acceptable after being told it would only take 10.
Although recieved was two free coffee vouchers we will not be back, and my partners sister now has nightmares about going back there.

Sharpen up guys dont mope around taking your time, you have mouths to feed.
