they also routinely have super long queues, with a team member taking orders of every second person in line – while tills remain closed. Nor can they answer a simple question as to whether their fruit pies contain soy – I’m allergic to it, and they left me waiting 10 mins and still couldnt get an answer from their manager.

come on guys – you’re really letting the McDs brand down. I may have to go to the competition, and I have never gone there!
