I have been here a few times mainly because it is the only place open late in this side of auckland. I am not a fan of their milk and pearl teas to be honest. The milkshake and drink sizes are quite substantial but the flavouring is too synthetic for my liking.

Friendly and welcoming staff, incredibly busy. Love their iced drinks, especially the Nata. The food not so much, but good when going out with friends and need a cheap meal!

A very cool place and setting, with very nice staff. However their food is not that well prepared and that is reflected by the cheap prices. Bubble tea and Nata ice drinks are one of my favourites here but lately the quality and taste has not been that well.

The drinks here are wonderful, right down to unusual glassware and fun, colourful bendy straws. My favourites are the chilled rose milk tea and the hot strawberry black tea. However, I find the food a bit disappointing, usually more greasy and salty than I want it to be (perhaps to make me thirsty enough to order more drinks). It would be great if they introduced a dessert menu or even just a cabinet with ready-made cakes etcetera to choose from. The place is always clean and busy and the staff are polite and helpful.

I’ve been here numerous time.
However I was really pissed off about tonight’s experience.

I booked for a table on Monday for Friday night @ 7.30pm for table of 4.
When we got there @ 7.30, the WHOLE place was full, and we were told to wait until the next table is clear. There didn’t seem to be any table that was going to leave soon. 5 minutes later a table for 2 left, and we were told to wait there until a table of 4 is free. I saw 2 ppl
@ a table for 4 ppl, and asked if we can swap. The guy said it’s difficult for him to ask customer to change seat.

The service was shocking – there’s no point of me booking AT ALL.
In the end we did get 12% off our bill, but amongst all the time wasted it’s not worth it.
Very disappointed.

This is a great place that opened up recently in my area. It’s got a nice family environment, no alcohol, which is a great plus.

Very nice food, and some of the best staff you’ll find anywhere. Friendly and efficient. This place is always busy, which tells you something about how popular it is.

The food is cheap, cooked quickly and really good! Also they do great bubble tea and their pearl are good – some places don’t boil them for long enough. Also try the green apple green tea. delicious!
I recommend spicy chicken and rice.. the curry is also good. Any of their chicken/beef/lamb sticks are also delicious.. just wish they had a dessert menu! Open late, great service.. everyone is so nice. Highly recommended!
