My family and I went there this evening for my brothers birthday. At the start of the night no water was bought to our table until I asked the waitress. We were only offered drinks once. Our plates were not cleared till after we left. My sister found a bug in her chicken burger. We were not offed any dessert or tea or coffee. When we told the waitress that we were not happy all she said was sorry. We’ve been here a couple of time but the service and quality has never been this bad… Off night perhaps? Needless to say I will not be going back there.
