Our meals were amazing – we had the duck breast and the porcini risotto. Beautifully cooked with lots of flavour and very well presented.
The desserts were equally amazing – the creme brulee with tiny doughnuts on the side were gorgeous. I really liked the chocolate fondant with coconut and sorbet – appreciate the skill in preparing such fantastic dishes!
What a brilliant evening! Well done Team Muse!

The food was mixed. There were no fresh oysters and the tempura oysters were in a heavy breading and overcooked – perhaps deap fried. The lamb shank croquettes in pea soup was a very good. The beef was OK but not select beef and the beef cheek pie was a bit of a joke. The Porcini mushroom risotta was very good.
The service was definitely mixed. We were going to order dessert but the waitress never came back to take our order after 20 minutes so we gave up and paid the bill. There were several poor wait events such as spilling water on the table and serving us course that we did not order that were obviously intended for another table.
This was our first visit and I doubt that we will return. There is definitely need for some better management.
Many of the staff are saying that they will be returning with their partners/family for future dining.

Delightful would be an understatement.
Although I am not a fan of Oyster my wife enjoyed a couple of oyster which she said were delicious. My Favourite was the beef.
I would most happily pay full price for this menu and can only encourage those who have not had degustation to go to this restaurant for a simply wonderful experience. The service was great and we will most definitely be returning.

From the outset, the food was spectacular. We tried three different entrees; scallops, belly pork and duck pate with homemade bread. The flavours were well balanced and the presentation was stunning – with the duck pate served in a jar topped with a port jelly and served on a black slate “plate”.
The mains were also very good, duck breast with a confit leg, sous vide fillet of beef and a stunning rump of lamb.
For dessert creme brulee (perhaps the only thing we didn’t enjoy as much as the other dishes which hit all the top notes), a kaffir lime infused chocolate fondant (WOW) and a delicious pineapple dish – this is a simple explanation – but the cooking skills and techniques were anything but.
This quality of food for a very reasonable price – we can’t wait to go again.
