Have been a fan for years, but the service has dropped and cant believe they refused to give me peri peri sauce for my chicken order when I do a takeaway. Peri-peri sauce and chicken is what Nandos is all about! I am a regular customer but the way they just dismiss me means they don’t value their loyal customers!

I have been coming to Nandos botany for a few years. My thoughts are below.

Food: Great tasting, consistent and well portioned.

Ambiance: Good ambiance a little crowded when its busy but nothing major.

Service: Good service, there can be wait time during busy periods, but that is to be expected.

Price: The costs of the food are quite high expect to pay no less that $15.

Overall I love the place and keep going back!

I love nandos and I always go to this store or sylvia park. I am always impressed with their level service, cleanliness and food quality. Definitely a favorite of mine, would recommend everyone to go here. Although people complain about the price, I think its worth it

Overpriced for what you get, service is pretty random sometimes, I’ve recieved the periperi chips without periperi salt on numerous occasions, tables sometimes aren’t cleaned particularly well. Although in terms of Nandos restaurants this one and Sylvia Park beats Newmarket one hands down.

Always love Nandos. Especially the botany one because they seem really onto it and the food is always good and arrives within 10 minutes. The only downfall would be the price, it is a bit steep.

I really enjoyed the chicken and sauces, but food is generally overpriced for what you get.
Was not impressed with the salad at all.
‘Gourmet’ lettuce was starting to wilt, carrot was dry and obviously not fresh and if im paying $10 for a salad i expected more than 2 cherry tomatoes.

I would not dine in again, but might try one of there burgers another time.

Place is very clean, service is good and quick with food. (Only problem that it is over priced especially for the vegetarian meals which is not this branches fault)

We eat Nandos heaps so i am a bit over it, but the Botany restaurant is always packed so i guess they are doing something right

great food but far too expensive. they price their food at fine dining prices when its essentially glorified takeaway.

chicken was a bit under cooked, phoned Nandos and they replaced meal at no cost, very apologetic, and gave us a free 2.25l drink and vouchers for free bits and pieces, I’m really stoked with the service, such lovely peolple and the second meal was perfect.
