My friends and I visited Narita on thursday evening.
it was the worse restaurant I’ve ever been in my life!!!!
the quality of the food and service was just horrible.
I ordered my usual, which turned out to be different from what i expected and I waited almost an half an hour for fried octopus balls and another 20mins for my meal to come out.
the worst thing about this restaurant was service!
staffs(especially the one with long hair) was very unpleasant and unhelpfull. when I asked about menu, it didnt seem she had knowledge about it.
when we found out that the food wasnt what we ordered,and asked her to take it back, she just sarcastically said ” you did order that, you did” which made me so upset and ruined my dinner.
staffs in Narita should learn how to say thank you and sorry. my 3years old nephew can say that. they should be shameful.
I would never go back.

Food was good but 40 minutes to wait for lunch is just not on. Especially, when the food that arrives is cold.

Food was ok. service was terrible. One meal came 25 minutes late when all other meals were almost finished without any apology from staff or thought of discount whatsoever. Staff were unhelpful and unpleasant when confronted as to why meal was late. Would not go back

Only the best experience in cusine, prices and service. Has that real “japaneese” feel to it. Definitely worth a visit.


P.S. To creators of MenuMania web-site: Please drop you f***ing restrictions on the “number of characters” in your reviews! It is ridiculous! You’ll very soon end up with no members and no reviews! I’m not coming back until it fixed – can’t be bothered to type garbage just to satisfy your “guidelines”!!!
